$17 – $19 Per Hour (depending on experience)

Non-Exempt Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations Assistant to provide essential support across our inventory management, purchasing, and retail operations functions. This role is central to maintaining smooth day-to-day processes, ensuring accurate stock control, timely procurement, and responsive support to store teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, track, and reconcile inventory across multiple locations to ensure optimal stock levels Execute and coordinate purchasing activities, including sourcing, order placement, vendor follow-up, and invoice reconciliation Support store teams by addressing operational needs, resolving issues, and facilitating timely communication across departments Assist in maintaining accurate operational documentation including SOPs, process logs, and reporting tools Participate in audits and inventory counts; investigate and resolve discrepancies Collaborate with logistics and retail staff to ensure timely receiving, transfers, and distribution Provide ad hoc support to the broader operations team on special projects and seasonal initiatives Additional duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications & Skills:
Associated degree and/or combination of experience. 2+ years in an operational or administrative support role, preferably with inventory or purchasing responsibilities Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory or procurement systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support cross-functional collaboration Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and problem-solve in a deadline-driven setting
Preferred Attributes:
Retail or multi-site operations experience Basic understanding of supply chain logistics or warehouse procedures
