Job Description
Order & Operations Coordinator – Jewelry Supplies AZ Findings Grand Island, NY 14072
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing & Fulfillment:
o Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment o Weigh, count, label, and package small jewelry items o Print shipping labels, purchase insurance, complete customs forms o Arrange daily courier pickups or drop-offs o Assemble jewelry parts/components as part of the order process
Customer & Order Support:
o Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally o Oversee daily order issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently o Communicate with customers and internal team members to address order-related problems o Track and resolve shipment or product accuracy issues
Inventory & Purchasing:
o Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock movement o Break down large bulk packages into small ready-to-ship units o Prepare purchase orders for suppliers and follow up on production or delivery issues
Administrative & Operational Support:
o Assist the manager with daily operational tasks and improvements o Recommend improvements to products, packaging, or processes o Perform general office duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong math skills: able to count, calculate, and convert units accurately
- Highly detail-oriented and consistently accurate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently
- Professional under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
Bonus:
Experience with crafting, beading, or jewelry making is a plus!
