Our expertise includes letter shop programs, kitting, email campaigns, and plastic card programs tailored for sports, professional membership, insurance, or automotive organizations. We focus on streamlining communication efforts to ensure effective connection and engagement. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Coordinator located in Tonawanda, NY. The Production Coordinator will be responsible for daily production activities, coordinating with different departments, planning and managing production schedules, and ensuring timely project delivery. Other tasks include maintaining organization of production processes, assisting in project management, and ensuring effective communication among team members. Qualifications & Requirements Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required upon hire. Strong Communication and Organization Skills Experience in Production Planning and Production Management Proficiency in Project Management Excellent problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively without supervision Attention to detail and multitasking abilities Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field will be given preference.
