POSITION SUMMARY

A Scheduling Coordinator executes and supports each clients’ home care solution. This includes maintenance of ongoing communication and coordination with the referral, family members, client, healthcare providers and intake sources for all clients. The Scheduling Coordinator shall plan for all home healthcare service coverage from therapy, nursing, caregivers, and to companions, while to ensuring that the patient/family are satisfied and receiving excellent customer service.
