Call Center Appointment Setter J Synergy Green Inc. 99 Main Street, East Rockaway, NY 11518 Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Appointment Setter to join our dynamic call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is driven by meeting and exceeding targets. Responsibilities Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads from provided lists Engage with prospects to understand their needs and schedule appointments accordingly Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointment status in the CRM system Follow up with leads who have shown interest but have not yet scheduled Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting goals Type accurately while engaging with customers to ensure all information is captured correctly.. Experience Previous experience in a call center or appointment setting role is preferred but not mandatory Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle objections and remain professional under pressure Comfortable working with CRM systems and productivity tools Self-motivated and goal-oriented High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
