Job Description
⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Experienced photo production coordinator who can drive van needed 6/19 (Inwood / Wash Hts) compensation: $300 We’re looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to help run a one-day photo shoot on Thursday, June 19 in Upper Manhattan (Inwood, Marble Hill, and Harlem). You’ll be responsible for:
- Coordinating call times and keeping the schedule on track
- Managing talent (6 actors/actresses) and ensuring they’re on time and at the correct location
- Overseeing shot list progress and making sure all points of interest are captured
- Driving a rental van between locations with talent and crew (all sites are close by)
- Communicating with crew to make sure production runs smoothly
Requirements:
- Experience as a production coordinator (on photo or video shoots)
- Comfortable driving a van in NYC
- Punctual, organized, and calm under pressure
- Based in NYC and available all day on June 19 8am to 7pm This is a paid gig.
