Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM About Integra Vascular Integra Vascular provides patient-focused, preventative vascular care to communities and long-term care residents nationwide. Our mission is to minimize unnecessary wounds, hospitalizations, and the need for patient travel through early diagnosis and exceptional onsite vascular treatment. We specialize in treating patients residing in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), bringing advanced vascular care directly to their settings or coordinating transport to our surgical centers. Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Surgical Scheduling Coordinator to support procedural scheduling across our Brooklyn OBL and Woodmere Home Office. This individual will serve as a key liaison between Integra Vascular, facility staff, patients, and our clinical team—coordinating all aspects of surgical scheduling for vein treatments and vascular interventions. Key Responsibilities Schedule vein procedures including Varithena, Venous Seal, and Radiofrequency Ablation Assist in coordinating angiogram and venogram scheduling Communicate regularly with SNFs and ALFs to coordinate patient availability, transport, and procedural readiness Confirm patient eligibility and secure required insurance authorizations and referrals Coordinate lab work, diagnostic testing, and pre-operative requirements with facilities and laboratories Ensure all documentation and patient records are complete and compliant with HIPAA guidelines Maintain and update daily surgical schedules; promptly communicate any changes to relevant parties Serve as a point of contact for patients, facility nurses, administrators, and family members as needed Track follow-up appointments and assist with post-procedure coordination Qualifications 2+ years experience in medical or surgical scheduling, preferably within a vascular or long-term care setting Knowledge of vein and vascular procedures strongly preferred Experience communicating with SNF/ALF staff and coordinating transport or off-site care EMR/EHR proficiency (Athena or similar platform preferred) Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills High school diploma required; associate degree or medical administration certification preferred Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with employer contribution Flexible Spending Account (FSA) & Dependent Care Account (DCA) Paid Time Off and observed holidays #INDADMIN
