un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Administrative Operations Coordinator (Part-Time) compensation: $3500 monthly We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide remote support with scheduling, inbox and calendar management, documentation, and light project oversight. This flexible, part-time role is ideal for a self-motivated professional with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office Suite Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Prior experience in administrative support or virtual assistance is a plus

Compensation:

$3,500/month

Schedule:

Part-time, approximately 10-15 hours per week with flexible hours
