JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
include, but are not limited to, the following: Experience in the developing of logical sequencing of the work, contract durations and phasing. Ability to work closely with clients, laborers, and project managers to successfully schedule and coordinate all phases of the construction process. Ability and the understanding to fully utilize the computer program Primavera/Expedition. Experience in the review and analysis of claims, time extensions, and impact on costs. Perform related tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
include, but are not limited to, the following: Associates’ degree from an accredited college or university in a field related to construction required , advanced degree strongly preferred . Certification in Procore strongly preferred. 3+ years of professional experience working directly as a full-time Scheduler involved in an array of general construction projects across the New York City Metropolitan area. Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Procore, and similar construction scheduling software required. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
