Job Description Our client is looking to fill t People a Remote People Relations Operations Specialist. The People Relations Operations Specialist plays a vital role in fostering a compliant, high-performing workplace by supporting employees and early to mid-level managers (M6 and below) with HR policies and procedures. This role centers on navigating performance management and employee exits with care, accuracy, and compliance.
Pay $50-$60
HR Responsibilities:
Provide HR policy guidance and case resolution support to employees and managers. Coach managers through complex performance management cases, ensuring legal compliance and alignment with internal policies. Ensure consistent application of performance management processes, including documentation, case tracking, and corrective action planning. Lead and support employee exit processes, including both performance-related and reduction-in-force cases. Collaborate with Legal, Employee Relations, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to resolve employee issues. Maintain and update People Relations playbooks and processes in partnership with stakeholders. Analyze employee relations and process data to identify trends and inform process improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in employee relations or HR operations. Solid understanding of HR principles and working knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Demonstrated experience guiding managers through performance management processes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Legal and HRBPs. Familiarity with managing relocations, leaves of absence, and accommodations.
