PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
An established women’s apparel company is seeking a production coordinator to join our team in New York City.
Assist with overseeing production orders from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, detailed oriented, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Daily communication and follow up with overseas factories.
Review vendor reports weekly with the production team and follow up all pending items.
Track submits insurer comments are going out in a timely manner.
Process lab dips with design team for review.
Update delivery chart, with reports, and check UPC tickets from factory
Communicate with the customer’s Compliance department.
Track shipments to ensure the orders have left the factory in accordance with the delivery
Assist with special projects as needed.
Requirements
5 years of experience in production with an apparel company.
Proficient in Microsoft office.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Mandarin and or Cantonese is a plus
Bachelor’s degree
Salary:
$70,000 – $80,000
