  • Job Summary:
  • The Service Delivery Associate plays a critical role in executing on-site customer solutions, including mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative support tasks, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • + Operate office and production equipment (e.

g., printers, scanners, inserters, fax machines) and ensure optimal performance. + Perform scanning and some large format print. + Support document preparation, printing, and finishing (e.g., stapling, binding, laminating). + Maintain accurate logs and documentation for billing, meter reads, and production jobs. + Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and promptly escalate issues. + Monitor supply inventory and perform replenishment as needed. + Deliver excellent customer service and act as a key daily contact for client interactions. + Use Microsoft Office tools and internal systems to complete administrative and reporting tasks.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • + Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

+ Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). + High attention to detail and organization. + Ability to work independently and problem-solve operational issues. + Comfortable with light physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods).

  • Education and Experience:
  • + High School Diploma or equivalent required. + 1+ year of experience in customer service or operations support preferred. + Training on Xerox systems and equipment will be provided.
