This role focuses on account operations, product updates, data entry, and internal/external data analysis . The ideal candidate will ensure seamless platform performance while supporting content and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain platform accounts, including product information updates and content modifications. Perform data entry, internal data tracking, and external platform analytics. Review and refine AI-generated content (e.g., ChatGPT outputs) for accuracy and clarity. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent platform performance and user experience.

Requirements:

Fluent English proficiency : Ability to comprehend and edit product details, platform content, and AI-generated materials. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail. Basic data analysis skills (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets). Prior experience in platform operations, content management, or similar roles is a plus.
