We serve commercial, defense, and space markets with a focus on innovation, quality, and on-time delivery. We are currently hiring an Expeditor to support our production and supply chain operations. This is a hands-on role that ensures parts ordered and sent out for processing (such as plating, anodizing, painting, or NDT) are tracked, managed, and returned on schedule to keep production running smoothly. Along with internally expediting our factory. Responsibilities Monitor and track the status of purchase orders for all parts. Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely processing and delivery. Communicate delays or issues to Purchasing and Production teams. Maintain accurate records and update MRP systems (e.g., JobBOSS, Pentagon,Oracle). Support quality checks and document handling as needed. Perform physical handling and movement of parts (up to 25 lbs). Give daily reports to Management. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in expediting, production control, or supply chain/logistics (aerospace or manufacturing preferred). Familiarity with aerospace processes (heat treating, anodizing, plating, NDT, etc.). Basic understanding of industry standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP) is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in manufacturing or supply chain is a plus. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, MRP systems).
