Long Island Hours Full-time:

40 hours per week Description Oversee maintenance of participant case records and other required residential documentation, ensuring that these are in compliance with applicable regulations/policies, complete and up-to-date. Identify and provide opportunities for staff to receive ongoing training and in-service to ensure staff competency and development, and assist in the training and supervision of residence managers and program staff. Oversee program expenditure, ensuring that pre-set budgetary projections are adhered to. Respond to emergency situations and provide guidance and direction to staff. Assist program director in the incident management process and coordination with the quality assurance department. Process, maintain and coordinate up-to-date staff training records and revision of staff salary relevant to trainings and job requirements. Skills Needed Master’s Degree in related field. At least 3 years experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities (preferably in residential services). At least 3 years prior supervisory/management experience. Excellent communication skills including writing, Computer (Word and Excel) and interpersonal communication skills. Working knowledge of applied behavior analysis preferred. Demonstrated history of excellent work performance and initiative. Exceptionally well qualified applicants who have not yet completed their Master’s Degree may be considered only at the discretion of the Deputy Executive Director. Pay Rate $70,000 – $85,000 per year
