Central Scheduling Coordinator 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 272 North Bedford Road, Mount Kisco, NY 10549 Richmond Community Services, a leading nonprofit organization supporting individuals with developmental disabilities across Westchester County, is currently seeking a dedicated Central Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Recruitment & Staffing Manager, the Central Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for developing and maintaining master staff schedules for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) across all Richmond residential sites and nursing staff at our 919 location. This role plays a critical part in ensuring adequate staffing coverage to support continuity of care, addressing scheduling needs arising from absences, leaves of absence, vacations, and emergencies. We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with site leadership to ensure consistent staffing and support for the individuals we serve. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain master schedules for DSPs and nurses across all Richmond Community Services locations. Coordinate and secure coverage for unscheduled absences, PTO, LOAs, and vacant positions. Maintain a centralized system for tracking and communicating open shifts and scheduling needs. Maintain an accurate and current list of Per Diem staff, including availability and site preferences; update and distribute weekly to Residential and Day Program Managers. Serve as the primary point of contact for staffing-related issues across sites and programs. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure staffing meets regulatory requirements and supports high-quality care. Qualifications Experience in staffing, scheduling, or workforce coordination (human services, healthcare, or related fields preferred). Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to urgent staffing needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software is a plus.

Full-Time, Non-Exempt Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 35 hours per week (some flexibility may be required based on operational needs)
Pay Range:
