Workforce Management Scheduler Kenosha Branch 12355 Uline Way,Kenosha, WI 53144 Customer Service is the heartbeat of Uline! As aWorkforce Management Scheduler, you will coordinate call centerschedules and monitor staffing to ensure optimal coverage todeliver the best-in-class experience our customers have come tolove and expect. Better together! This position is on-site, and weare looking for people who share our passion. PositionResponsibilities Build, publish and maintain optimized schedulesacross Uline’s national customer service team. Managenon-production activities for proper staffing levels to meetservice levels. Analyze and report on scheduling and staffingtrends to provide overall coverage improvement recommendations toleadership. Partner with management to identify and drive WorkforceManagement (WFM) process improvements. Support customer servicecommand center responsibilities monitoring real-time activities andvolume. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years in customer service and / orWorkforce Management (WFM) with experience using WFM software.
Microsoft Excel experience with intermediate knowledge of formuladefinitions.
NICE WFM
(IEX) scheduling system experience ispreferred. Strong multi-tasking, organizational and communicationskills with excellent attention to detail.
