Role:

Neill and Son Roofing is seeking a Project Success Manager to oversee job site operations and ensure exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will work directly on-site to facilitate smooth production, ensuring projects meet our high-quality standards. While not a managerial position, this role is critical in driving project success by coordinating contractors and logistics. The base salary is $800 per week , but execution-based incentives offer ample opportunities for additional earnings through commissions based on project success, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all stages of roofing projects, including installations and repairs. Direct contractors to ensure work is performed according to job specifics and company expectations. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean job site. Communicate professionally with contractors, customers, suppliers, and team members. Work closely with the production team from planning through completion. Supervise job site performance to ensure accuracy, quality, and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and product guidelines. Manage materials, tools, and equipment logistics. Complete required training and achieve industry certifications. Represent Neill and Son Roofing with professionalism and integrity. Identify and resolve job site issues as they arise. Attend team meetings and provide input on production improvements. Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment. Handle inspections, reports, change orders, and payment collection. Assist with office maintenance and snow removal as needed. Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy equipment and materials. Must pass a drug screening test. High-energy and customer-focused mindset. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Valid PA Driver’s License with a good driving record; ability to tow a trailer. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Team-oriented and adaptable to change. Spanish-speaking is a plus. Proficient in using mobile apps and basic computer skills. Organized, problem-solving mindset with a strong work ethic and integrity.
