Essential Job Functions:

Create and maintain all rendering provider schedules in a timely manner. Complete outreach to clients with a focus on scheduling ongoing services. Review provider schedules for possible discrepancies and report to department leads to ensure update to schedule, as needed. Managed reminder call feature to ensure update to schedule. Process any cancellation and contact appropriate client to fill availability. Maintain a one-hour out of a three-hour maximum turnaround timeframe when returning client calls. Ensure that all scheduled appointments are accurately placed in the current electronic health system. This process will include but is not limited to ensuring proper credentials and compliance with all federal/state/local regulations. Work with providers and clients when finance questions arise that are linked to a scheduled appointment. Scheduler must prepare, present, and provide to all clients a Good Faith estimate, Advance Cost Estimate or Advance Beneficiary Notice within all check out process/scheduling process, when applicable. Requirements 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field required Flexibility with hours, including evenings required Bilingual preferred Knowledge /Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health records Skilled in using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication
