Mon, Tues 10:30am-7pm; Wed, Thurs 10am-7pm; Fri 8:30am-4pm Occasional Saturdays 8:30am-4pm (Will be off on Friday when working Saturday)

Hours Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate provider schedules within electronic health systems Contact clients to schedule ongoing services and confirm appointment details Collaborate with providers and leads to resolve scheduling discrepancies or cancellations Ensure compliance with regulations like the No Surprise Act through accurate documentation Deliver Good Faith Estimates or other cost notices during scheduling, as required Support trauma-informed care and a client-centered scheduling experience

Qualifications:

High school diploma and at least 2 years of medical administration experience Proficiency with electronic health records, Microsoft Office, and data entry (45+ wpm) Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Understanding of trauma-informed practices and billing terminology Flexible availability, including one evening shift per week Ready to be the vital link between clients and care?
