What You’ll Do:

Manage Inventory:

Keep accurate records and ensure adequate supply of worker smocks, badges, and onboarding materials.

Lead Pre-Orientations:

Conduct brief and engaging pre-orientations to prepare new workers before their first shift—ensuring they understand site expectations and feel confident. Problem Solve on the

Spot:

Handle day-to-day logistics and unexpected issues with a level head and resourcefulness. Support the

Team:

Serve as the local “eyes and ears” for our remote operations team, surfacing insights and helping improve the worker experience.

A reliable self-starter who takes ownership and follows through. Someone who communicates clearly and professionally. Problem solver with good judgment and the ability to work independently.
