Scheduling Coordinator Planet Home healthcare Harrisburg, PA 17110 Job Summary The Coordinator is responsible for managing caregiver schedules, assisting with onboarding new staff and clients, and ensuring compliance with state-mandated EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) requirements using HHAeXchange . This role is essential to our agency’s daily operations and overall client satisfaction. Responsibilities Schedule caregivers for client shifts, ensuring proper coverage. Manage schedules using HHAeXchange , updating shifts and assignments in real-time. Monitor EVV compliance to ensure all state requirements are met. Assist with onboarding new caregivers and clients, including document collection, training setup, and system entry. Communicate with caregivers and clients to resolve scheduling conflicts or service issues. Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance reviews. Provide general administrative support to office staff and management. Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support or scheduling, preferably in home care or healthcare. Proficient in HHAeXchange or similar home care scheduling platforms. Strong understanding of EVV systems and compliance requirements. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
