Scheduling Coordinator Right at Home Main Line Newtown Square, PA 19073 Join Our Right at Home Team! We’re seeking a Scheduling Coordinator who is passionate about people and driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of operations, connecting caregivers with clients and ensuring seamless delivery of home care services. You’ll be responsible for creating ideal matches between care staff and clients, maintaining accurate schedules, managing timekeeping, and supporting our care team through excellent communication and coordination. This is a fast-paced administrative role for someone who thrives on multitasking, is extremely organized, and values compassionate professionalism.
What You’ll Do:
Schedule and assign caregivers to meet client needs Maintain daily communication with clients and care staff. Ensure accurate documentation in WellSky software. Serve as on-call support coordinator as needed. Verify caregiver clock-ins/outs and support payroll processes. Respond to changes, cancellations, or emergencies with urgency and care. Collaborate with the care management team on clinical and scheduling issues. Uphold confidentiality and represent the agency with integrity.
What We’re Looking For:
High School diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years of business or office experience Strong computer and organizational skills Excellent communication and phone etiquette Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs and meet physical care standards Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license TB test or CXR (as required by state)
Work Environment:
You’ll work in a professional office setting with some time spent in-home care environments. Expect a mix of sitting, walking, and physical activity during your day.
