Job Description

Construction Operations Coordinator 5.0 5.0 out of 5 stars Fort Washington, PA 19034 The Construction Operations Coordinator supports the Associate Director of Operations and the VP of Construction Operations by managing administrative tasks and documentation for a diverse portfolio of industrial properties. This role ensures accuracy in project records, collaborates closely with key stakeholders, and contributes to the efficient execution of construction initiatives.

Location:
Ambler, PA Pay:

$25.00 to $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and manage project details in Yardi, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Review new lease agreements for allowances and work requirements. Upload and maintain project-related documentation, including contracts and change orders. Communicate regularly with senior leadership and regional managers to ensure alignment on budgets, schedules, and forecasts. Assist with contract generation and acquisition due diligence processes. Analyze and forecast payments based on evolving project schedules. Oversee project close-out processes and tenant allowance reimbursement requests.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Business Management, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in construction or real estate industries preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Yardi is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
