We all pitch in. The Role As our MSP Operations Specialist, you’ll be the operational glue of our team—streamlining systems, managing billing, keeping projects on track, and supporting leadership so they can focus on growth. You’ll report directly to the President, work closely with our VP of Technology, and be essential in maintaining day-to-day smoothness in a growing business. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced MSP environment, loves details, and gets a kick out of solving operational puzzles. What You’ll Be Doing Daily Ops & Process Execution
- Manage procurement, contracts, and customer records with precision.
- Maintain clean, accurate data across platforms like Autotask PSA and QuickBooks. Billing (You’ll Own It)
- Lead recurring billing processes (devices, licensing, labor hours).
- Reconcile usage with vendors and tools like ConnectBooster for seamless billing. Project & Workflow Coordination
- Keep client projects and internal tasks on time and organized.
- Support project documentation, timelines, and resource tracking. Leadership Support
- Free up executive time by taking on high-impact administrative work.
- Coordinate vendor management, reporting, and recurring meetings. Tech Team Operations
- Help the VP of Technology keep the tech team focused by handling logistics.
- Ensure escalations and requests flow smoothly with the right processes. Client & Financial Support
- Support customer service teams in delivering exceptional experiences.
- Collaborate with our accountant to maintain financial accuracy and compliance. Who You Are
- Experienced in MSP life: 3-5 years in an MSP or IT services environment, with a solid grasp of RMM/PSA tools and service workflows.
Tools-savvy:
Familiar with platforms like Datto RMM, Autotask PSA, QuickBooks, ConnectBooster—or can get up to speed fast.
Process-driven:
You thrive on repeatable processes, structured workflows, and operational consistency.
- Detail-oriented and proactive: You spot small issues before they become big ones, and you always follow through.
People-oriented:
You can work with all types—from techies to execs to clients—with professionalism and empathy.

- 3-5 years in operations or admin roles in an MSP or IT services company
- Strong grasp of billing workflows and MSP platforms (Autotask, QuickBooks, ConnectBooster, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, IT, or related field
