Position Summary:

The Scheduler is accountable for all aspects of scheduling and coordinating successful evaluations from start to finish. This includes data entry, processing scheduling requests timely, coordinating schedule availability, and troubleshooting issues. The Scheduler will act as a liaison between vendors, physicians, attorneys, and insurance adjusters involved in medical-legal cases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Schedule Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), record reviews, and addendums in accordance with established timelines and protocols Follow procedures for case management and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance Assist clients with ancillary service needs, such as translation services, transportation, and mileage reimbursement Process prepayment cases according to company guidelines and procedures Respond promptly and professionally to client request and inquiries Provide administrative support as needed, including checking in examinees, chaperoning exams, mail handling, and other general office duties Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of confidentiality and professionalism

Qualifications and Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a scheduling role, busy healthcare practice, legal administrative work, clinic setting or similar background High school diploma or equivalent Strong proficiency in technical systems and tools relevant to the role is required Acts with a sense of urgency Detail oriented Proactive mindset Strategic thinker Problem solver Excellent interpersonal skills
