Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking a bilingual , detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our Fox Chase Home Care agency. This role is crucial in ensuring timely and efficient scheduling of home visits for our Compliance Officers. These visits are essential for completing supervisory reports and collecting documentation to maintain participant compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule home visits for Compliance Officers, ensuring efficient routing based on area codes and geographic regions. Maintain and update scheduling calendars, taking into consideration each Compliance Officer’s availability. Communicate with participants, caregivers, and/or family members to confirm appointments and provide necessary information regarding the visit. Ensure all scheduled visits align with agency compliance timelines and reporting requirements. Maintain accurate and detailed notes for each scheduled visit; document any changes or issues. Provide exceptional customer service, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and clear communication. Serve as a liaison between the agency, participants, and Compliance Officers to ensure appointments are kept and paperwork is collected in a timely manner. Monitor visit completion and follow up on any missed or rescheduled appointments. Collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure participant records are current and complete.

Qualifications:

Bilingual (English and Spanish) required. High School Diploma or equivalent required; or degree Minimum 1 year of experience in a scheduling, coordination, or administrative support role, preferably in healthcare or home care. Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Strong customer service skills with the ability to remain calm and professional Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks efficiently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.

Work Environment:

Office-based with frequent phone and computer use. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
