Reqs U.S. or foreign equiv. bach.’s deg. in City & Regional Planning or rel. technical field, + 4 yrs energy ind. project mgmt. exp. using Primavera P6, Project View, Hyperion System, Microsoft Excel, Access, Power Point, & MS Project.
