out of 5 stars 30 Georgetown Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317 JOB SUMMARY The Operations/Maintenance Administrator supports the maintenance and operations team by overseeing administrative functions related to workforce scheduling, attendance/point tracking, timecard review, and compliance documentation. This role ensures smooth coordination of daily maintenance activities, accurate timekeeping, and adherence to labor policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures. Maintain, and update operations schedules in coordination with supervisors Manage shift coverage, vacation requests, call-outs, and overtime needs. Communicate scheduling updates to the team and escalate conflicts or shortages to management. Review, verify, and approve timecards for Operations/Maintenance staff in accordance with payroll deadlines. Ensure hours are logged accurately, including regular time, overtime, and leave. Work with HR and Payroll to resolve timecard discrepancies or policy exceptions. Maintain attendance records, log infractions, and manage point tracking systems per company policies in Paycom. Notify supervisors of trends or thresholds reached in disciplinary attendance programs. Prepare attendance reports for management as needed. Assist with preparation of reports, memos, and other communications related to operations/maintenance. Serve as the point of contact for administrative support within the operations/maintenance department. Work with management to identify areas for improvement based on KPI trends. Responsible for assuring safety remains the top priority in all day to day activities at Ritchey Metals. QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a manufacturing setting. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Experience with timekeeping and scheduling software (Paycom). Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
