Participate in agency back office daily operations. Demonstrate flexibility and critical thinking skills in addressing frequent changes throughout the day requiring schedule adjustments. Ensure field scheduling assignments follow agency SOPs. Schedule patients to maintain visit productivity for various levels of partners. Schedule caregivers based on availability and client needs. Update schedule changes as needed and distribute to all parties involved. Input new client and employee information into systems. Maintain and update employee attendance records.
