Hilton Head Medical Center Hilton Head Island, South Carolina Full-Time Days Job Description Job Summary Assists in the coordination of the daily Operating Room/Same Day Surgery/Endsocopy schedule. Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties. Maintains departmental daily and monthly statistics/reports. Qualifications Education:

Minimum high school diploma preferred

Experience:

Minimum two years hospital secretary or scheduling experience. Direct data entry in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner preferred

Other Qualifications:

Ability to function under stressful circumstances involving physicians and hospital staff. Familiarity with medical terminology. Must be able to communicate professionally with physicians, hospital staff and outside calls.
