$10.00 / hour + commission Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through outbound cold calling and warm calling strategies. Your primary focus will be to generate qualified appointments for our sales team, helping to drive business growth and enhance customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for sales.

Job Duties:

Including but not limited to: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate interest. Utilize cold & warm calling techniques to follow up with leads and nurture relationships. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings to prospective customers. Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads. Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our software systems. Collaborate with the Account Management team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment generation process. Negotiate appointment times that accommodate both the client’s schedule and the Account Management team’s availability.

Basic Requirements & Qualifications:

Including but not limited to: Proven experience in over the phone sales, business development, or telemarketing is preferred. Strong skills in outbound cold calling and warm calling techniques. Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. Proficiency in using software tools for tracking leads and managing appointments. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a customer-centric approach. A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving goals.
