Salary & Benefits:

Responsibilities:

Manage daily client service requests Oversee and execute client onboarding Manage CRM workflows and tasks, ensuring that all client touch points are made Develop and fine-tune processes and workflows Calendar management Participate in weekly meetings with the intent that you will lead these meetings and track outstanding items after getting up to speed Project management and execution Resolve issues proactively and practically Participate in strategy meetings and help execute on goals of the firm

Requirements:

5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in an RIA Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with and manage others Desire to grow with the firm in this role to manage operations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Good problem solving and time management skills Ability to prioritize and manage projects as well as individually assigned tasks Qualified candidates will start the process by having a 15-30-minute zoom interview conducted by our consultant (who is the hiring manager for this position). If there is ground to move forward, you will be required to fill out a Career History Form and if you are selected to advance in the process, you will meet with the firm.
