You will be responsible for analyzing product non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions to maintain the highest standards of quality. Your expertise in aerospace design and systems integration will be essential in performing failure and forensic analysis. Responsibilities:
Perform analysis to evaluate product quality, operations, and processes according to Quality Management System requirements. Apply knowledge of aerospace design to conduct failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components. Train and mentor colleagues on Quality Management System practices. Conduct root cause analysis on nonconformances to prevent reoccurrence. Develop, modify, and document actions for effective problem resolution. Obtain corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes. Negotiate concurrence for preventive/corrective actions, prioritize quality activities, and ensure problem resolution. Review corrective action plans for completion effectiveness. Approve Quality planning changes or disposition of nonconformance products/processes. Guide validation of configuration management, quality procedures, and material review policies.
