REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma or GED. At least 1 year of experience utilizing Fiserv Premier applications in a deposit operations role.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensuring that maintenance of existing and new accounts is prompt, thorough, and routine. Keying entry of domestic and international wires. Correspond with appropriate bank personnel as required and document action taken. Provide customer support with online banking and debit card inquiries. Develop and maintain procedures manual for duties performed. Assist with common online banking issues such as: lock outs, password resets, browser navigation, etc. Monitor reports and verify transactions as assigned.
