$34.1K – $40.9K a year 1 day ago Qualifications Process improvement Mid-level High school diploma or GED Financial services Communication skills Full Job Description Position Purpose The Retail Operations Specialist 1 collaborates with all levels of REV Federal Credit Union to advocate and support Retail Operations. This specialist will promote operations excellence through process improvement, efficiency, operations knowledge, consultation, quality of work, and core system synergy. This role is accountable to complete all assigned compliance and information security training and comply with the credit union’s policies and procedures related to the Bank Secrecy Act and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). Duties & Responsibilities Assumes responsibility for operations support Subject matter expert in all Retail Operations policy, procedure, and process workflows. Daily interaction with REV members in need of a Retail Operations solution. Collaborates with all stakeholders to promote holistic operations excellence. Provides subject matter guidance to Retail and Support team members. Identifies and recommends Retail Operations improvements and efficiencies. Core system/core supporting systems operational subject matter expert and resource. Requests, collects, and monitors data for system synergy, break-fix, and optimization. Participates in Branch audits for compliance and accuracy. Promotes “digital first” within operations excellence advocacy. Maintains and ensures applicable regulatory compliance. Assumes responsibility for operations knowledge Recommends, develops, and maintains operations knowledge and related procedures. Partners with all supporting stakeholders to include REV Learns to ensure accuracy of operations resources and to facilitate operations information synergy for employees. Collaborates with stakeholders to include Retail, Project Management, Compliance, and others to support Credit Union and departmental initiatives/projects to promote operations excellence. Supports business continuity and related administration. Assumes responsibility for inspection and quality of work Provides feedback on Retail Operations department observations and makes recommendations for workflow/system optimization. Promotes data system quality, consults on accuracy of system information, and recommends/supports operational controls. Participates on project teams, committees, and groups as assigned. Assumes responsibilities for related duties as required or assigned.

Education/Certification & EXPERIENCE:

High school degree or equivalent. Experience working in financial services preferred.
