We are in search of a Payroll Operations Employee Services Specialist to become a part of our team. This role is pivotal in the coordination and execution of employee payroll tasks, working closely with our Managed Services Provider. Located in Greenville, South Carolina, the role will involve handling service inquiries from employees, managers, and stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with other payroll associates and functional business partners to achieve desired results
  • Handle and resolve service inquiries from employees, managers, and business-unit stakeholders
  • Enter, follow-up, and resolve tickets in the ServiceNow and ADP CRM tools
  • Ensure Confidentiality, Data Privacy, Data Security and SOX requirements are met at all times
  • Analyze and resolve data discrepancies between the HRIS and payroll database systems
  • Review, correct, and approve data inputs; Analyze pre- and post-payroll audit reports to identify and correct errors
  • Function as Subject Matter Expert regarding all aspects of time, and payroll system functionality
  • Support HR Operational Services, Benefits, Compensation, and Finance colleagues with all requests
  • Provide employee support regarding personnel records, time input, and earnings, deductions, and tax
  • Prepare and process off cycle payrolls to ensure compliance with state regulations relating to final pay.
  • Possess strong skills in Documentation and Training
  • Proficient in Operations and Compliance procedures
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Payroll and Audit
  • Familiarity with ‘About Time’ software
  • Background in Finance and understanding of Benefit Functions
  • Ability to effectively handle Payroll Functions
  • Experience in managing Stakeholders and resolving Discrepancies
  • Strong commitment to maintaining Confidentiality
  • Knowledge of Tax procedures and CRM systems
  • Proficiency in SAP R/3 software
  • Ability to Resolve Issues and Ensure Compliance
  • Knowledge of Internal Control procedures
  • Strong Coordination skills
  • Understanding of Salary Structures and HRIS System
  • Ability to work effectively with Business Partners
  • Experience in Processing Payroll
  • Proficiency in ADP – Financial Services software.
