Quality Specialist (STAT Team Member)
As a Quality Specialist on HTI’s STAT (Start-Up and Transitions) Team, you are more than just a quality expert—you’re a dynamic problem-solver and cross-functional leader embedded within our client site operations and our branches. You serve as a product line and organizational process expert, working across departments to execute client-focused projects, lead internal training initiatives, and conduct operational audits that drive continuous improvement.

The role of Quality Specialist requires someone who can wear multiple hats. Whether you’re stepping into a recruiting role, providing on-site management support, leading corrective action plans, or navigating staffing transitions, your impact will be felt throughout the organization. The Quality Specialist will work closely with both internal teams and client leadership, using your data analysis skills and operational insight to elevate performance and ensure compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Project-based Functions:
Execute project milestones for assigned internal and client-facing initiatives across all divisions.
Lead startups and transitions for new business or temporary workforce integration into HTI operations.
Collaborate with leadership to apply problem-solving strategies and implement effective corrective actions.
Assist in transitioning STAT (Start-up, Training & Transition) responsibilities to operations once a project reaches stability.
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion.
Identify and assess project risks, propose solutions, and escalate issues as needed.
Ensure alignment with client staffing requirements and operational needs.
Serve as a key point of contact for the STAT Project Team, clients, and HTI stakeholders.
Internal Support:
Partner with divisional leadership on projects across all business lines.
Act as a liaison between operational branches and central departments.
Work cross-functionally to address challenges and drive improvements.
Support internal operational projects, including recruiting, site management, and other company functions.
Build strong working relationships with HTI associates and departments.
Quality Function:
Conduct operational training for new hires in accordance with company standards.
Assist in periodic audits of operational processes to ensure compliance and identify areas for retraining.
Engage with both clients and internal teams to assess needs and recommend continuous improvement initiatives (CIPs).
Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:
Experience in HR, site management, or customer service preferred.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel (day and overnight).
Ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and apply complex processes and procedures.
Ability to deliver presentations to diverse audiences (internal and external).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Education and Experience:
Required
Associate degree
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related ?eld preferred
2+ years of experience in HR, sta?ng, site management, or customer service.
Professional certi?cations in HR, Project Management, etc.
