Position Overview:

The position is responsible for production of medical products in a manner compliant with internal standard operating procedures and consistent with US FDA and

ISO 13485

requirements. The job responsibilities encompass the entire manufacturing process from receipt of materials to shipment of product to customers. This position requires the ability to lift at least 50lbs and requires that the employee stand for most of the work day.

Production Tasks:

Receipt and inspection of materials Molding, milling, laminating, assembly, inspection, packaging and various other processing steps of sterile medical devices Accurate and timely documentation of manufacturing activities Perform other relevant manufacturing tasks per Supervision’s request

Order Processing Tasks:

Create product invoice, packing list, and shipment documentation Report and manage inventory levels Prepare orders for shipment Clean manufacturing and shipping areas Perform other relevant tasks per Supervision’s request

Educational/Experience Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Relevant computer experience with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc. Experience with CNC machining operations is a plus but not required
