About the Role As an Admin & Scheduling Coordinator , you’ll be responsible for general office administration, assisting clients, supporting our team, and—most importantly— managing and maintaining technician schedules . You will also be the first point of contact for potential customers, handling incoming sales calls, answering questions, and setting up new client appointments .

Key Responsibilities:

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries with professionalism and positivity Take in-bound sales calls , educate potential customers on our services, and schedule appointments Create and maintain the daily and weekly technician schedule Adjust routes and assignments in real time based on staffing and client needs Support the team with data entry, reporting, and CRM management Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure seamless daily operations Provide outstanding customer service to clients and team members

Skills & Experience:

Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication and grammar High attention to detail Experience with CRM systems (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Office 365 Prior scheduling, dispatch, admin, or sales experience is a plus A positive attitude and team-first mentality

Pay & Benefits:
Starting Pay:

$17-$20/hour , based on experience Full-time, 40 hours per week Paid vacation and holidays Medical, dental, vision, accident, critical care, and disability insurance options, life and supplemental insurance available after 3 months
