Job Summary:

NEXIEN is seeking at our largest client manufacturing facility in South Carolina. This professional multitasker will direct the coordination of all internal company’ functions to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail -oriented and capable of supporting a team leader and serving as a liaison between upper management and plant operations.

Responsibilities:

Deliver accurate reporting to client and management using data available in the corporate HRIS and other proprietary data collection platform Observe and enforce safety procedures and protocols Coordinate all internal staffs and production associates Generate documents, reports, data analyses, and insights to support shift operations Ensure that all operations records are properly maintained and reviewed Investigate workplace incidents and follow the protocols to avoid potential risks Handle employees’ complaints regarding the workplace and/or assignments

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business, human resource, or related field preferred Experienced in Plant/Manufacturing operations preferred Proven supervisory and leadership skills Strong competency in MS Excel and other MS office suite Bilingual preferred (Korean and English)
