$36,000 – $40,000 annual salary (commensurate with directly applicable experience)
Commitment:
One-Year Commitment to The Cason Group Our Business Operations Team works to support all facets of The Cason Group (TCG) business operations with various projects, reporting, data-entry, and management of data systems. As a Business Operations Floater , you will assist and support the Business Operations and Accounts Payable departments as directed by our Business Manager and Controller.
What Our Business Operations Floater Does:
Organize and Support:
serve as a liaison for remote offices and support office building projects; submit and prioritize office work orders and assist with addressing office needs
Calculate and Enter Data:
enter and maintain information into web applications necessary for operations; assist with processing monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly commissions calculations for external constituents as needed; perform data entry tasks in QuickBooks, Ramp, and other appropriate software for processing bill payments with accuracy
Reconcile and Process:
provide support for the approval and processing of expense reimbursements; assist with the reconciliation of bank and credit card statements; help with sorting and organizing mail
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field Experience with customer service and problem resolution Excellent communication with the ability to communicate technical information effectively to coworkers Knowledge of Microsoft Office functions; strong proficiency with Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to meet deadlines while managing and prioritizing multiple tasks simultaneously
