Job Title:

Operations Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

Provided support to our client’s Small Cell Construction Team, overseeing multiple projects
Generate special reports for projects as required by customers or internal teams
Assist in job entry and updates in PMT, CRM, and Smart Sheets
Work with JDE Financial System for creating Purchase Orders (POs)
Ensure project milestones are tracked and completed timely to meet delivery timelines
Handle administrative tasks such as mailing, inventory management, event planning, and addressing office management inquiries

Skills Required:

1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role
Proficient computer skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

High School Diploma or GED About SSi People:
