Job Description
Mizzou Advancement is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to support our Donor Engagement team. This role is integral to the success of the Associate Vice Chancellor for Donor Engagement, providing strategic scheduling and high-level relationship management with discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment. The successful candidate will coordinate key projects, meetings, donor activities, financial operations, and departmental priorities to advance the goals of the Office of Advancement. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to contribute to a mission-driven team dedicated to cultivating meaningful donor relationships and advancing the university’s philanthropic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee print and material orders for donor engagement, ensuring timely production and delivery to support events, campaigns, and donor communications.
- Manage departmental budgets, including expense tracking, financial reporting, and reconciliation in alignment with university accounting procedures.
- Coordinate complex calendars, appointments, and meetings with key constituents, leaders, and stakeholders on behalf of Donor Engagement.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and authorizations for the Associate Vice Chancellor.
- Develop professional documents and presentations, incorporating high-level writing, editing, and graphic design, particularly utilizing PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
- Gather, organize, and synthesize relevant information to support the Associate Vice Chancellor’s preparation for meetings, events, and conferences.

Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
4 years of related experience in business administration, personnel administration, higher education administration, and project management in necessary.
