Service Operations Coordinator

Service Operations Coordinator
Spirax Sarco is seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to support Field Service operations, ensuring seamless project execution, efficient inventory management, and accurate customer orders. In this role, you will oversee project product inventory, maintainpliance with health and safety regulations, prepare essential reports, and facilitatemunication across teams to drive operational success. Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of service and project support, including product sourcing, acquisition, inventory management, and purchase order and quote review.
Maintain vendor control and ensure accurate order entry and processing.
Prepare and distribute monthly reports for the Services group, including utilization, time to respond, and workload metrics.
Coordinate with internal and external customers to determine and meet safety requirements.
Review customer purchase orders to ensure alignment with project quotes and workbooks.
Approve subcontractor and vendor invoices for Accounts Payable.
Respond to calls and questions from sales representatives, area managers, and technicians regarding surveys or field service.
Assist technicians with replacement parts and ordering and shipping to customer sites.
Requirements
Associate’s degree or relevant experience
Proven experience in a similar role within a sales or service operations environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellentmunication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Salesforce and other relevant software tools.
