We are looking to hire an Operations Support Associate to join our Call Center team.

Job Description and Duties:

The Operations Support Associate position consists of supporting our Verification of Employment (VOE) service line. The associate will be responsible for handling inbound support calls from client employees and vendors as they learn to use our system, as well as processing VOEs for various government and third-party, private agencies. The associate is expected to provide exceptional customer service through active listening, thoughtful and honest communication while proactively implementing simple solutions to save customers time and resources. This front-line support role is vital to the success of Walton and each assigned client.

The duties consist of:

Troubleshooting inbound questions via phone, fax, mail, and email regarding registering on and use of our supported website to obtain a VOE online (i.e., suggesting the best browser to use, double checking the validity of entered information, providing instructions when unknown, etc.) Manually processing VOE requests for government agencies on behalf of our clients’ employees. Supporting department quality initiatives by delivering timely, exceptional customer service to callers and clear, effective communication to team members. The ideal associate is a good communicator, well organized, comfortable navigating websites with a variety of online tools, and thrives in a self-driven work environment without needing constant direction from superiors.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; candidates with specialized training or college coursework/degree given priority Demonstrated clear and concise communication skills Understanding of professional tone of voice and language is required Prior Customer Service/ Call Center experience strongly favored Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office 365 suite is a plus
