Appointment Setter (Commission Only – Remote) Emergency Childcare Services Rock Hill, SC • Remote Emergency Childcare Services is a fast-growing daycare staffing agency that provides qualified substitute teachers to daycares and preschools. We’re currently looking for a motivated, commission-based Appointment Setter to help us connect with new clients.

Position Overview:

As an Appointment Setter, you’ll be responsible for reaching out to daycares and preschools to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our team. This is a remote position with flexible hours — ideal for someone who is self-driven and loves earning based on results.

Responsibilities:

Contact daycares and preschools via phone, email, or social media Explain our services and build initial interest Set qualified appointments for our team Track and manage leads in a spreadsheet or CRM Follow up with prospects as needed

Compensation:

$50 per qualified appointment set $100 if the client signs up without a closing call from us Commission only — no base pay Unlimited earning potential

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills Comfortable with cold outreach Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experience in appointment setting or sales is a plus Must have a phone and internet access
