Work Hours :
Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm What you will be doing: Answering calls Dispatching and scheduling service appointments Keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times Supporting the technicians with warranty and parts information Maintain customer database with current information Clear and concise communications with department managers, employees, and company customers Registering warranty and rebate information Daily working in Service Titan, our cloud-based
CRM Qualifications:
