Key Responsibilities:

Answer and document incoming customer calls, collecting all necessary contact and service information Enter new customer data and service requests into the scheduling system (Service Trade) Relay service details to dispatchers or managers using internal communication platforms (e.g., Discord) Audit completed jobs from the past 48 hours for accuracy and completeness, following a standard checklist Communicate with managers to resolve missing or inaccurate information Create service jobs from bulk third-party email requests, including recurring inspection jobs Provide general administrative support to the dispatch team, particularly related to fire safety service scheduling

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer service Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Comfortable navigating scheduling and CRM software (Service Trade or similar platforms) Familiarity with collaborative tools like Discord or Slack Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment Strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to assist team members as needed

Compensation:
