Remote (Preferred CST or local to Tennessee or Candidates from nearby states) Job type: Full time We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to join the Customer Success team, focusing on investment operations and client support. This role involves processing investment payments, finalizing subscription agreements, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders such as fund admins and investment vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and execute investment paperwork and payments within SLAs Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Financial Ops to support investor needs Liaise with fund admins and third-party platforms to streamline workflows Identify and resolve issues related to investment processing Provide high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

1+ year experience in investment operations or investor relations Strong knowledge of subscription agreements Excellent communication and organization skills Customer-focused and solutions-oriented mindset Experience with investment platforms or tools like HubSpot is a plus FINRA licenses are a plus This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys ensuring process accuracy and client satisfaction.
